proposed consultants with our proposals to clients. A brief
summary of some of our key consultants is as follows:

O'Connor
CText ATI, AIMC, Cert of Business Studies (Moorabbin),
Textile Mech. (Melbourne)
John established Adamant Global in Australia in June 1994.
Previously he held a variety of technical and managerial positions
in manufacturing organisations.
Operating at Senior Management level, John initiated and
implemented operational and organisational improvements by
developing cohesive teams around him, who were fully aware
of the objectives and agreed strategies to achieve their goals.
Employing the principals of Quality Accreditation to AS3901,
TQM, IT, Quick Response Manufacturing and through various
Work Teams, improving Quality of Output, Productivity, Delivery
and all the while reducing Raw Material and Work-in-Progress
Stocks.
Through Consultative and O.H.&S. Committees, and setting
housekeeping standards with a rating system, along with effective
reporting and follow up procedures, has reduced accidents
and workers compensation claims.

Samantha Dowling
B. Business Administration - Management and Human Resources
Samantha has extensive expertise in the Human Resource and
Management functions including recruitment, consulting, training,
project management and the implementations of HR Systems within
large organisations at a National level.
In her role as a HR practitioner, Samantha has successfully
managed performance management systems, staff recruitment,
employee development, performance counselling and monitoring,
training and development and workplace relations.
Samantha's Project Management skills compliment her human
resource management skills which culminated in project managing
the implementation of the Computerised HR Systems into the
ANZ organisation nationwide.

Peter Summers
Peter having held a variety of technical, engineering, management
and marketing positions in various organisations, has been
consulting for the past ten years, specialising in marketing
solutions, developing in-house, interactive, systemised, marketing
processes for business.
Working with industry and government he has planned and coordinated
launches, negotiation of and gaining corporate sponsorship
and a wide range of successful promotional activities.Specific
areas of expertise include marketing strategy planning, direct
marketing, enterprise improvement, special events, marketing
audits, negotiating major programs, sponsorship for government
and private enterprise, and marketing management.
Peter regularly presents seminars and workshops for the South
Australian Business Centre (part of the EDA), Southern Development
Board and a variety of other organisations including some
in Malaysia. He is also a regular columnist for the Malaysian
Business Magazine and Home Biz.
